About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available for a Town Planner to join a dynamic property team. Reporting directly to the Head of Planning, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of sites, securing planning consents for various developments such as roadside services and mixed-use projects. You will also oversee discharging planning conditions and resolving enforcement matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Acquisitions team and Project Managers on planning reviews.
- Prepare site assessments, including policy analysis and planning history.
- Provide planning advice and support to internal teams.
