Care Home Deputy Manager Opportunity

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at a well-established care home in Stockton on Tees. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of quality care to our residents
* Continuously assess the needs and wishes of our residents and develop the service to enhance their quality of life
* Positively influence the reputation of the care home by communicating professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders

**Requirements**

* NVQ or QCF Level 3 Health and Social or working towards, Deputy Manager or extensive experience as a senior carer or team leader
* Excellent ability to build lasting relationships
* Ability to act sensitively and confidentially
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative
* Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
* Record in achieving results through people
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
