About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the UK property development sector, is seeking a skilled Property Legal Assistant to enhance their dynamic in-house legal team.

This organization is well-regarded for its commitment to exceptional customer service and values the dedication and hard work of its employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the legal team in various aspects of plot transactions, including reservations, document preparation, filing, exchanges, title investigations, and completions.
  • Handle standard conveyancing tasks under supervision.
  • Assist in the recovery of retentions in non-litigious matters.
  • Manage stamp duty land tax processes.
  • Experience with new builds and plot sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates currently engaged in conveyancing who are eager to advance their careers.
  • Proficient IT skills are essential, including familiarity with Word, Outlook, Excel, and case management systems.
