Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Facilities Manager in implementing and maintaining a comprehensive facilities management strategy.
  • Manage the CAFM system (Maximo) and coordinate all planned and reactive works.
  • Assist with compliance reviews and ensure adherence to contracted SLA/KPIs.
  • Support the commercial team in developing quotes and business cases for additional works.
  • Provide administrative support for helpdesk, job logging, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and basic data management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to the Facilities Manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
