We are seeking a highly skilled British Sign Language (BSL) Communication Support Worker to join our team at Interpreting Solutions 2Uk Ltd. This role will involve providing communication support to our deaf staff members in an office setting in South Manchester.
Key Responsibilities- Provide communication support to and for staff members within the office environment.
- Translate spoken language into BSL and vice versa to facilitate effective communication.
- Support staff members in one-to-one and group settings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communicate, modify, and clarify language to meet the needs of our deaf staff members.
- Accompany staff members to meetings and events, providing expert communication support.
- Minimum BSL Level 3 Qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Previous experience of supporting deaf individuals, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Be prepared to travel and have own transport, with a valid driver's license.
- Company pension scheme.

- Full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
