Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Reed. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance policies, and working closely with our Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries and provide advice and assistance on mid-term adjustments and renewals.
- Review renewals, obtain quotations, and communicate with clients to ensure their insurance requirements are met.
- Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including system records and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in broking.
- Excellent knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
- Strong customer service focus, with a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately and consistently.
- Robust administration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Preferably qualified to a minimum of Cert CII, with a willingness to study for industry exams.
