Job Title: Locum Consultant in Ophthalmology

National Locums is working on behalf of one of our NHS clients based in the Midlands to find a locum Consultant in Ophthalmology.

The Ophthalmology department within a hospital in the Midlands is seeking a locum Consultant in Ophthalmology to start immediately for 2 months in the first instance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ophthalmology services to patients in the Midlands region.
  • Work collaboratively with the Ophthalmology department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in outpatient emergency, face-to-face, and laser clinics.
  • Contribute to cataract surgery, depending on experience.
  • Cover multiple sites as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full GMC licence to practice.
  • Have NHS experience as a Consultant in Ophthalmology.
