**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring that their experience is second to none
  • Take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Ensure payments and receipts are correct and accurate
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings to guests
  • Observe service and standards, reporting any incidents or issues to management

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and drink
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • Result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop their career and grow with us
