Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business goals. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing deals, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. Your experience in Central London real estate will be essential to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in this competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Central London market
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand visibility through targeted campaigns
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed to ensure seamless sales process execution
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in Central London
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage sales data and analytics
