Daily Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls from prospective customers, assisting with flight bookings, addressing inquiries, and engaging with frequent travelers
  • Providing customers with seamless, memorable experiences, offering guidance to help them select the ideal products that meet their needs
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and delivering accurate information to minimize follow-up inquiries
  • Enhancing revenue opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant products

We have adapted our working methods significantly, utilizing virtual meetings and home office setups. However, we also recognize the value of having colleagues nearby for support, especially during your initial phase. Therefore, we provide a flexible balance between remote and office-based work after completing your training.
