About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Porter to join our team at Healthcare. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of operations, providing exceptional customer care, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including the lobby and other designated spaces.
  • Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms and moving furniture as required.
  • Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations, as needed.
  • Respond to customer requests and provide assistance where required.
  • Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure customer safety by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or other hazards.
Requirements
  • Be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer care and service.
  • Take initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence, with at least 2 years' experience and over 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
