Technical Hygiene Specialist

Job Summary:
Pertemps Kettering is seeking a skilled Technical Hygiene Operator to join our team. As a Technical Hygiene Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards
- Perform deep cleaning of production areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct post-cleaning checks to verify that all tasks have been completed correctly
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation
- Adhere to company procedures for health and safety and hygiene
- Verify that cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Report any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager
About the Role:
As a Technical Hygiene Operator, you will be an integral part of our production team, working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably with Hi Care experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
