This organization collaborates with some of the leading main contractors in the industry, providing expert knowledge across all facets of passive fire protection and acoustic solutions.
Key Responsibilities for Junior Cost Estimator:
Supporting the Managing Director with all financial aspects on-site.
Overseeing project packages, compiling Cost Value Reconciliation Statements (CVRS), and managing the financial workflow.
Assisting in cost estimation tasks, including the assessment of construction expenses while considering labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Qualifications for Junior Cost Estimator:
Experience working with a reputable main or sub-contractor.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to foster and maintain effective relationships.
A personable and approachable demeanor to align with the company culture.
Located within a reasonable commuting distance from East-Central London.
