Job Title: Administrator Team Lead - Adult Community Services

CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services, part of the CLCH NHS Trust, is seeking a highly skilled Administrator Team Lead to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Unplanned Care administration team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve strategic and business objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Manage the workload of Service Administrators, prioritizing tasks and allocating responsibilities to meet service needs.
  • Promote flexible working and crossover amongst team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
  • Proven experience in administration management, staff management, and budgetary management.
  • Ability to analyze and produce statistical and financial information accurately, with developed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience of using databases at an advanced level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
