Nixon McQuade is excited to partner with a forward-thinking organization to identify a talented Finance Administrative Coordinator to enhance their finance team.
In the role of Finance Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting a variety of financial operations, including managing accounts payable, overseeing accounts receivable, and performing general administrative functions within the finance division.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure precision. Assist in the month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Maintain precise financial records and documentation. Provide necessary administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an accounting or finance-related position. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Capability to work effectively within a team setting.
