Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Enquiries: You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their needs.

  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support for client onboarding, transfers, and payments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: You will gather and report data for client review meetings, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Administration: You will ensure that client administration is completed to set service level agreements (SLAs) and that investment managers are kept informed of progress.
