About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with a brain injury in the Eastwood area of Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the client with daily living tasks and rehabilitation programs to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Liaise with family members and other healthcare professionals as required.
  • Support the client in accessing local amenities and community resources.
  • Follow the client's individualized care plan and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain professional boundaries.
Requirements
  • Mental and physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other Support Workers.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
