Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our client's leading law firm in Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will be working within the busy Dispute Resolution department, conducting Landlord and Tenant Possession matters and supporting Solicitors with General Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new inquiries and open new files
- Draft applicable notices to tenants and prepare claim forms and particulars of claims
- Prepare witness statements and bundles for court
- Instruct bailiffs and handle billing and invoicing
- Liaise with Clients, Counsel, Court, and Defendants
Requirements
- Previous legal experience working within a law firm, preferably in Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Landlord and Tenant departments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and promoting a healthy work-life balance
