Residential Conveyancing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing client matters from initial instructions to completion and archiving, adhering to office and account procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process billing and secure payments due from clients and other parties.
- Stay updated with legal knowledge and conveyancing skills.
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of conveyancing services.
Requirements
- Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
- Experience in handling freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive understanding of technical conveyancing processes.
- Skilled in Windows, Word, and Excel.
