About the Role:

We are looking for a Network Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in working with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data-centre LAN, SD networks, telephony, mobile solutions infrastructure, unified comms, network management solutions, network-specific security and remote access technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide advice and guidance to Fixed Networks Product Owners on MSP service transition, implementation of new services to enable the successful completion of DD test and release processes and changes to existing services.
  2. Review and assure MSP and third party supplier Design Documentation, including High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD), Requests for Change (RFCs) and Impact Assessments (IA), provision of security documentation, Risk Balance Cases (RBCs).
  3. Collaborate with engineers to ensure systems are practically designed and agree SLAs (service level agreements) and engage with third party suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Governance and assurance: You can understand technical governance and participate in or deliver the assurance of a service.
  • IT infrastructure (network architect): You can support, design and implement network infrastructure solutions.
