**Job Description:**

As a Domiciliary & Reablement Care Assistant with Healthcare Homes, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and wellbeing, and retaining their independence. You will work as part of our local care team, providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties, and food shopping support. Flexible hours are available for day times, evenings, and weekends, with guaranteed hours also available. Own transport is preferred.

We provide full PPE provisions and have procedures in place to ensure our carers are protected.
