As an Employment Adviser at Reed in Partnership, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed jobseekers in finding and sustaining employment. Your expertise will help individuals overcome challenges and barriers, and connect them with relevant training courses and job opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with jobseekers to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Book jobseekers into relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, and personal development
  • Support jobseekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaise with employers to identify job opportunities and promote Reed in Partnership's services
  • Engage in outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community

Requirements
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring and persuasion/influencing skills
  • Background in customer-facing environments, such as customer services, hospitality, or social care
  • Ability to work in a performance-target driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet customers and employers
  • Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma, and GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
