About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Project Lead to join our award-winning Research and Insight Team at Coventry Building Society.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing market research projects from end to end, with a good working knowledge of various research methodologies, tools, and techniques. Quantitative research experience is key, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

The role involves leading market research projects in-house and with third-party agencies to help shape business decisions. This includes consulting and advising on best practice research methodologies, designing and leading on bespoke and syndicated research, and working independently on all regular stakeholder surveys.

Monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and competitor benchmarking are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services or with financial clients, and proficiency in qualitative research methodologies.
