Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the collection process for both significant and minor accounts
  • Preparing payment requests for clients utilizing Excel
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Conducting client visits as required
  • Allocating incoming payments to the appropriate accounts
  • Executing credit assessments
  • Reconciling financial statements
  • Gathering essential documents for client interactions
  • Documenting, addressing, and resolving any inquiries
  • Collaborating with various internal departments
  • Managing customer inquiries via telephone
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex pricing issues
  • Handling general customer queries


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in Credit Control
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of precision and attention to detail
