As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large customer ledger, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices, and handling daily blocked orders with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large customer ledger, ensuring accurate and timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Handle daily blocked orders promptly and accurately, maintaining precise records and documentation for weekly management reviews
- Prepare accounts for pre-legal action as necessary and provide support to team members and assist in customer disputes
- Maintain a professional approach in all interactions with internal and external clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Understanding of the business and how your role impacts company success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Drive to achieve goals and support and develop peers
- Salary: £24k-£28k
- 35 hours per week
- 25 holiday days, plus bank holidays and the option to buy an extra 7 more
- Competitive pension scheme

- Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
