Chief Advancement Officer

Providence Animal Center seeks a seasoned fundraising expert to lead the Advancement team and drive strategic growth. As Chief Advancement Officer, you will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategies to support the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful fundraising strategies to increase revenue and support the organization's mission.
  • Lead the Advancement team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to engage donors and promote the organization's work.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the Advancement team's goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure funding and support.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful fundraising strategies, experience in marketing and communications, and a passion for animals and animal welfare. They will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
