Position Overview
Role Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the thorough cleaning of refrigeration units while adhering to company standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding the company's reputation by consistently presenting oneself in a professional manner and fostering strong relationships with both team members and clients.
- Executing scheduled cleaning tasks for refrigeration units effectively.
- Coordinating with the Supervisor to guarantee that cleaning operations are completed punctually and meet the specified criteria.
- Adhering to applicable health and safety regulations, including CBES HSE management systems, and ensuring that all team members follow established safety procedures on-site.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the company vehicle (if provided) through regular upkeep and servicing.
- Following any other reasonable directives from management.
Performance Metrics:
- Completion of tasks in alignment with the agreed specifications and within the designated timelines.
- Achieving and sustaining 100% compliance with health and safety standards and job-related competencies.
- Proper maintenance of the company vehicle (if applicable).
