About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Science Education Coordinator to join our team at The Francis Crick Institute. As a key member of our education team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our education programs and ensuring that our scientists have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs that align with the Institute's strategic goals and objectives
  • Work closely with our scientists to understand their education needs and develop tailored programs to support their development
  • Collaborate with our education team to design and deliver high-quality education programs that meet the needs of our scientists and the wider scientific community
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our scientists, education partners, and industry leaders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. education, science communication, or a related field)
  • Proven experience in education program development and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
