Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at HTE Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in planning routes for our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan routes for a set number of vehicles, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and other factors to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
  • Manage a large fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are on the right roads and most cost-effective routes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in transportation planning or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK routes and transportation systems.
  • Ability to manage a large fleet of vehicles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits:

  • Parking on site.
  • Mainly Monday to Friday, with two shift patterns: 5 am - 3 pm and 8:30 am - 6 pm.
