We are seeking a skilled Forensic Custody Nurse or Paramedic to join our team at Care & Custody - A Mitie Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to detainees in custody suites.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver healthcare to detainees in custody suites, working collaboratively with the Police to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Pursue a career within the criminal justice system, aiding some of society's most vulnerable individuals.
  • Develop clinical, forensic, and broader skills through comprehensive training and support.
  • Work flexibly across an assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 per year.
  • A £1000 bonus after completing 12 months of service.
  • Full-time or part-time options, with a rolling rota available 2 years in advance.
  • Average estimated overtime of £3500 per annum.
  • NMC/HCPC Registration paid.

Person Specification
  • RN, RGN, or RMN with dual registration, or Paramedic, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field.
  • Driving Licence required.
  • Must have RTW in the UK, lived in the UK for 3 years, and hold a British Passport or ILR.
  • All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting.
