As an ERP IT Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, technical experts, and other global software vendors to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet functional requirements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate ERP application functionality to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality.
- Determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
- Develop expertise in the latest Oracle ERP application changes and solution trends and functionality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant vendors to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact on content related to assigned applications for projects and application support.
- Create and manage functional specifications for projects, including programs and configurations.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Create solution design documents, test cases, and test scripts as required.
- Extensive experience understanding business processes and designing solutions as per business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot peripheral integrations.
- In-depth understanding of EBS Table structure.
- Ability to manage complex issues and make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience in Oracle R12 EBS Modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing (CST), Inventory (INV), Oracle Warehouse Management, and Order Management (OM).
