  • Actively pursue business development prospects and achieve personal financial objectives.
  • Engage fully in presentations for potential new clients.
  • Serve as the primary resource for providing advanced tax guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver dependable and efficient technical assistance to partners in their respective areas, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
  • Consult on various technical subjects, recognizing the need for support in managing technical risks.
  • Produce high-quality tax documentation, ensuring professional presentation with minimal oversight required from senior management.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection of fees.
  • Supervise a team of tax trainees or newly qualified professionals.
  • Review tax computations and assist partners on advisory engagements.

Qualifications

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA or CTA.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a tax division of a larger firm.
  • Robust technical expertise with a proven track record of identifying client opportunities.
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of broader team matters.
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation will be determined following the interview process.
