We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a Senior Tax Professional, you will be responsible for leading our corporate tax advisory services, providing expert guidance to clients on a range of domestic and cross-border tax issues.
Key Responsibilities- Advising clients on tax-efficient strategies for managing their effective tax rate, including intellectual property, financing, and other tax planning opportunities.
- Overseeing tax advisory projects, acting as the point of contact for specialists, overseas member firms, and external advisers to deliver successful projects and expertise to clients.
- Developing and implementing tax strategies for clients, including group structuring, tax-efficient financing, inbound and outbound investment, and other tax planning opportunities.
- Coaching and developing junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional services environment or as a Senior Tax Manager within an established practice client.
- Working knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and experience in advising clients on tax-efficient strategies.
- ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
