Overview:
We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Carpenter Technician within our esteemed Reactive Repairs division. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional carpentry and maintenance services to our clients, reinforcing our dedication to outstanding customer satisfaction and effective repair solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute carpentry repairs and maintenance in compliance with Building Regulations and Health and Safety standards.
2. Ensure timely completion of all carpentry tasks to the highest quality.
3. Diagnose and resolve carpentry issues on the initial visit whenever feasible.
4. Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders and submit required documentation.
5. Collaborate with team members to accomplish larger projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Relevant trade certifications (City and Guilds, NVQ levels 2 and 3) or equivalent experience in carpentry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Valid UK driving license.
