About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Leeds Building Society. As a key member of our Digital Delivery squad, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our business initiatives and leading a team of Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and break down work into increments for delivery within the squad.
  • Contribute to business case development for Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid initiatives.
  • Lead Agile business analysis ways of working within the Digital Delivery approach.
  • Line manage other Business Analysts and provide guidance on business analysis best practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive Agile business analysis experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working through the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts and ability to work across several business functions.
  • BCS and/or Agile qualification (desirable).
  • Financial/banking sector experience (desirable).
