Horticultural Supervisor

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of horticultural care and maintenance across our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision to a team of horticultural staff
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality horticultural standards across all sites
  • Develop and implement effective depot housekeeping procedures, including van and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with management to ensure works are completed on-time and to specification
  • Supervise employees, allocating tasks and ensuring work standards are maintained
  • Responsible for the quality of service within your operation
  • Perform horticultural operations such as planting, pruning, and maintenance of trees and shrubs
  • Conduct grounds maintenance, including grass and hedge cutting, raking, edging, weeding, sweeping, litter picking, and leaf collection
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and develop strong, profitable relationships with customers and clients
  • Champion and represent Company philosophies and values to customers and clients
  • Ensure effective deployment of all Company Health and Safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to corporate clothing standards and ensuring vehicles and machinery are presented professionally
  • Work efficiently and organized, utilizing company systems, timesheets, works control tick sheets, rotas, and absence request forms to meet contractual performance obligations
