Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee FLT Reach Driver at our Tamworth facility. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck or VNA in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Reach Truck or VNA to receive, store, and dispatch goods and materials
  • Process orders and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Understand and comply with health, safety, security, and legislative requirements
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve warehouse and logistics goals
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.14 per hour (day shift), £13.36 per hour (night shift)
  • Overtime rates: £16.55 per hour (day shift), £17.77 per hour (night shift)
  • Bonus payment for every hour worked on a Reach or VNA truck
  • 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern
  • Access to company shop and Wagestream
  • Pension scheme and upskill training opportunities

Requirements:
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in an ambient environment
