The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead our Trafford Warehouse team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to influence operational strategies while enhancing your professional skills and experience. Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a culture of health and safety, alongside food safety and quality standards. You will be tasked with achieving high levels of operational efficiency, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring stock accuracy while managing budgets related to labor, maintenance, and external storage. This high-profile role offers significant career advancement potential within Westmill and ABF, as you will oversee financial performance and collaborate closely with logistics and customer service teams.
