General Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Lead. This role will involve working closely with clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care and support the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical staff
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with clinical staff to discuss performance and development
- Deal with complaints and concerns from patients and staff
- Identify training needs for clinical staff and develop training plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
- Experience as a General Practitioner with a strong clinical background
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
