We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Capital Actuary to join our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our actuarial team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nearly/Newly Qualified Capital Actuary to take ownership of the role and grow alongside our business. You will work closely with our Head of Capital and other senior management to drive business growth and success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of capital models and parameterisation, and provide expert advice on reinsurance purchasing and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success, and provide support to junior members of the team.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, and provide expert advice on reserving and pricing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, and contribute to the development of a high-performing actuarial team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about the insurance industry and has a strong understanding of actuarial principles and practices. If you are a Capital Actuary looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
