Job Title: Insurance Administrator
Location: Thrifty Car & Van Rental Careers
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,380.93 per annum

Role Overview:
As an Insurance Administrator at Thrifty Car & Van Rental Careers, you will be responsible for assessing and determining whether the damage incurred during a rental is chargeable to the customer or the client's insurance company. This role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept and process all new claims from insurers, confirming appropriate cover
- Assess damage and determine liability
- Communicate with customers and insurers to resolve claims
- Maintain accurate records and reports
