Pump Service Engineer Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Pump Service Engineer to join our client's team in Hampshire. This role involves working within the company's service department across the South of England, providing expert maintenance and repair services for sewage treatment systems and septic tanks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel across the South of England, visiting commercial and residential properties to complete assigned jobs
  • Regularly service and maintain sewage treatment plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Install septic tanks and perform minor electrical work on control panels
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork after each job
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the wastewater engineering industry, with experience working on sewage treatment plants and septic tanks
  • Electrically competent, with a desirable electrical qualification
  • Physically fit to complete tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS, British Water accreditation, and CPCS tickets are desirable
  • Based within a commutable distance of Southampton
Benefits:
  • Negotiable salary between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm schedule
  • No on-call or weekend work is mandatory, but occasional overtime can be offered
  • Overtime starts at 1.5x
  • Yearly bonus'
  • 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays
