Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Installation: Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate white goods, televisions, and cookers in customers' properties, adhering to best practice guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their delivery and installation experience meets the highest standards.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Maintain regular contact with sites throughout the day to address any changes to customer delivery requests, escalating unplanned issues and seeking guidance as necessary.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the handheld operating device (Savvy) is used correctly, completing visits and obtaining customer signatures.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Liaise with manufacturers at the point of delivery when necessary and work collaboratively with colleagues to handle products safely and with care.
  • Professional Development: Meet the physical requirements of the role and maintain continuous professional development, ensuring required training and knowledge is up-to-date.
  • Driving License and Safety: Possess a valid driving license and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS and Work References: Possess a basic DBS and two work references.
  • Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour.
  • Dress Code: PPE - High Vis (no logo) and safety shoes.
