We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our lettings team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
  • Lead and motivate a team of lettings professionals
  • Schedule property viewings and register applicants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Achieve personal and branch targets
  • Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally
  • Build strong relationships with local property owners
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a lettings manager role
  • Driving licence
  • Multi Lingual preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
  • Ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with strong negotiation and communication skills
