Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance repairs on our property portfolio. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance repairs on our property portfolio
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard
  • Use a PDA to receive and manage work orders
  • Operate a company van to travel to and from properties
  • Work a 42.5 hour week with opportunities for overtime

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in social housing maintenance
  • Understanding of the skills and abilities required for the role
