About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Officer - Partnerships to join our Fundraising Team at Wonderseekers. As the face of the Charity, you will be responsible for delivering our corporate fundraising campaign, building strong relationships with potential supporters, and providing exceptional stewardship to our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a rolling corporate campaign recruitment plan, including attending networking events, sending out partner packs, and preparing/delivering face-to-face pitches.
  • Coordinate corporate campaign marketing activity, liaising with the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Provide ongoing stewardship to all members of the corporate campaign, ensuring timely acknowledgement and thank you messages.
  • Monitor grants and donations received, ensuring timely acknowledgement and thank you messages, and assist with other stewardship activities.
  • Maintain and champion the fundraising CRM, Donorfy, providing administrative support to other users as required.
  • Manage the fundraising inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to all fundraising enquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with sector news and new funding opportunities, conducting desk research to assist with development and management of the Charity's funding pipeline/donor base.
  • Maintain the Charity's fundraising asset bank, writing/updating 'boiler plate' copy for funding applications, assisting with research and development of project cases for support, and compiling case studies and evidence of need.
  • Assist in the preparation of cultivation plans, briefing notes, and other cultivation activity, funding applications, and supporting materials.
Person Specification

We are looking for someone with:

  • Basic knowledge of the UK charity sector.
  • Demonstrable customer service experience (volunteering or work experience).
  • Experience working within the corporate sector is desirable.
  • Experience managing a CRM is desirable.
