We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our contract catering team at Silverstone. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of chefs to prepare and serve food to high standards
- Manage food stocks and ordering within budget
- Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality control standards
- Comply with health and safety and food safety legislations
- Previous experience as a Head Chef
- NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
