About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Keynsham Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Be responsible for handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
