Job Title: Chief Capital Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Capital Officer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our new BC Capital Markets Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building out a brand-new unit to help significantly grow our lending businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies to optimise the balance sheets of our various lending ventures, including existing facility optimisation and capital structure.
  • Develop and execute on new funding arrangements and optimise funding facilities for non-bank lenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, portfolio company CEO/CFOs, banks, and investors.
  • Oversee both accounting and financial planning & analysis functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in capital markets, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.
  • Proven track record of overseeing both accounting and financial planning & analysis functions.
  • Strong business acumen and broad financial perspective, with the ability to act as a strategic sounding board to the Senior Management Team.
