Our esteemed client is seeking an Ocean Export Clerk to manage export documentation and bills of lading as part of a dynamic team.

• Preparing bills of lading and shipping instructions.
• Verifying the accuracy of bills of lading prior to dispatch.
• Correcting document errors as necessary.
• Meeting deadlines for customs and bill of lading submissions.
• Completing certificates of origin, ATR, and EUR1.
• Inputting VGM using online platforms.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in bill of lading preparation.
• Familiarity with systems such as CNS and Destin8 (desirable).
• Solid understanding of ocean freight processes.
